About Sinead Lynch

Dr. Sinéad Lynch is a Counselling Psychologist having finished her Doctorate in Trinity College Dublin. She is also a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist working in South Dublin. Her therapeutic goal is to accompany you on your personal journey by listening with compassion, love and understanding, as it is often in our darkness that we find our light.

With a passion for positive mental health, Sinéad has a H.Dip in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Dublin City University. Sinéad is also a member of the Psychology Society of Ireland (PSI) has a B.A in Psychology from University College Dublin and an M.Sc. from Dublin Institute of Technology.

Sinéad worked with the psycho-oncology team at St Vincent’s University Hospital in 2013/2014 and the psychology team at the Rehabilitation Training Unit at the National Rehabilitation Hospital in 2015.

Sinéad now works with Spectrum Health as one of their resident psychologists. This includes presenting seminars on Mental Health issues, powered by Laya Health. She also sees clients privately in Lower Mounttown Road, Dun Laoghaire in South Dublin.

Sinéad produced a documentary for RTÉ on ‘mindfulness’ with director Birthe Tonseth called ‘The Walk Of Life’. This was part of the ‘Would You Believe’ series and was kindly coordinated by Linda Keating from the Marie Keating Foundation, with whom Sinéad regularly contributes her time.
